    Our business operates from Monday to Friday, with hours of operation from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Do you offer warranties on parts?

    We do provide warranties on our parts. The majority of our parts come with a 90-day warranty, while certain parts may be eligible for an extended 180-day warranty. You can find specific warranty information in each part's description.

  • Do you ship parts outside of New York?

    Yes, we offer shipping services nationwide for both residential and commercial customers. Additionally, we provide complimentary delivery to businesses in most regions of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

  • Can I call ahead to check part availability?

    We highly recommend that customers contact us in advance to verify part availability before making a trip to our location.

  • What types of parts do you carry?

    Our inventory includes a comprehensive selection of both used and new auto parts, including rare components for various vehicle makes and models.

  • Do you offer vehicle pickup or towing services?

    We do provide car pickup services and can also assist with the removal of scrap vehicles when requested.

  • Are you a licensed dismantler and used car dealer?

    Our company is fully licensed by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles as both a dismantler and a used car dealer.
